What’s included in the Signature Panama Gift Box?

Each box includes premium Panamanian coffee, artisanal dark chocolate, wild rainforest honey, and traditional handmade sweets — all locally produced and ethically sourced.

Can I customize what’s inside the box?

At this time, boxes come pre-curated to preserve the story and experience. Custom options may be available for bulk or corporate orders.

Are the products fresh?

Absolutely. Everything is sourced fresh from local producers after your order is placed. We do not warehouse inventory.

What is your shipping timeline?

Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. For certain remote or limited-availability products, shipping may take up to 10 business days.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original condition. Contact us at natalie.feko@gmail.com for return requests.

My box arrived damaged — what now?

We’re truly sorry. Please email us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us immediately to cancel. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible.
